Leadership Starts When You Choose Yourself

MEET HANNAH HOLDEN

From Identity Loss to Leadership Clarity

Hannah Holden led intelligence briefings at 19, commanding rooms before she ever learned to trust her own voice. When she left the Marine Corps, she also left behind a version of herself.

The structure was gone. The mission was gone. The identity was gone.

Her first instinct? Rebuild fast. Look polished. Prove she still had what it took.

But something deeper was happening.

Hannah was learning how to lead without a script. Without the rules. Without the rank.

In doing that inner work, through seasons of disconnection, deep questioning, and hard-earned clarity, she discovered a version of leadership that wasn’t performative. It was personal.

One built on presence.

On self-trust.

On the courage to lead from the inside out.

Today, Hannah works with leaders who are tired of performing and ready to get real.

She helps them quiet the noise, reclaim their voice, and lead with a presence that feels aligned, not assigned.

Because real leadership doesn’t need a title, just the courage to show up.

HANNAH AT A GLANCE.

Big Credentials. Bigger Conviction.
